The Medford Mustang Hall of Fame is an organization dedicated to honoring and recognizing those exceptional athletes, coaches, community leaders, alumni, and teams who have made outstanding contributions to the Medford High School Athletic Program. In addition to bridging all generations of Medford High School athletes, coaches, community leaders, alumni, and teams, the Medford Mustang Hall of Fame promotes the current Medford High School Athletic Program. Induction ceremonies are held every two years. The Mustang Hall of Fame was  established in 1988.

Nomination can be done online or via mail sent to Mustang Hall of Fame, PO Box 551, Medford, MA 02155. Please provide statistics, newspaper articles, letters of recommendation and any other important information for nomination consideration. Â The next induction ceremony is November 23, 2025. Â Nominations are due by June 30, 2025 for consideration for the 2025 Induction Ceremony.
